Engine oil - mineral vs synthetic

Yeah, I've been using synthetic for a LONG time. Except for the modest price difference, I could never find a good reason (and the price reason wasn't good enough) NOT to use it in all my vehicles.

BTW, in case anyone here isn't aware of it, the prices for the 5 quart jugs of synthetic oil, at least any that I have looked at, are a good $10 cheaper at Walmart than anywhere else I have looked.

That's where I get my Mobil 1 and Motorcraft oil for my diesel truck(it holds 15 quarts). They also have the AC Delco filters and Ford filters much less than parts stores or dealers.
