Shotgun packin momma?

First of all, They have recently treated me with something that makes my bones weak, and it made my foot re-break were it has been broke before do to martial arts. so me not being able to be still, I decided to take on a tedious house painting task. Painting each split face block to their natural colors.
Were we live, When I was a kid it was all farm area, Nothing around, now there is a development across the street and allot of traffic!

I was over near the hedges and got to hear something I haven't in quite a few years, A rattling tail from something venomous, And my pawpaw being a gunsmith I've been with a shotgun around since I was a kid, and it was my first reaction to grab it incase he wanted to attack me.
Then all the guys in the yard came together, Greg, Eric, and Carl and tried to chase him away for me!
As we were chasing it away an Electron blue Z06 went by and waved/honked , but he ended stopping and we didn't have to explain ourselves

So if anyone got to see me limping with a shotgun, there is my story

Off this subject but related,
I get honked at constantly when I'm in the yard due to the new traffic. This Friday as I was painting and a guy went by honking hanging out of the window whistling, he was so concentrated on me that he didn't see that nice police officer that pulled up behind him,
He got pulled over

I bet the ticket wasn’t the worst part for him. Explaining HOW he got the ticket to his wife is the killer.
