LOUIS -- A Florida man has become the fifth person convicted in an identity theft scheme in Missouri.Federal prosecutors say 33-year-old Dwayne Denard Johnson of Wesley Chapel, Fla., pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of aggravated identity theft.
