101.000 miles, auto trans, new rear tires, new manifold, new alternator - needs to have transmission rebuilt, it is slipping (cost between 800-1200$ at dealership with warrantee).

All other repairs comes with warrentee. Car in nice condition, besides the trans.
Fix it yourself - save money on the deal - or buy it repaired. It's up to you.
