WTB (Want To Buy) C2 - My wife wants it for her - cash in hand!

She's looking for:
Red exterior (hopefully red interior but black is okay too)
Not looking for a show quality car, but something that is in "good" condition and can be a fun to drive car (ie, lower priced)
Does not have to be numbers matching, but should have same type engine/trans as original (not looking for heavily modded car)
PS, PB, AC
Automatic (yes, I know, the unicorn!)
Any engine size is fine, tho, sidepipes would be cool

She's also ok with a white exerior if it's got a red interior.

She would love a convertable, but if it has AC, a coupe is fine too. A 66-67 preferred but any year will do.

Budget - would like to find a deal (who wouldn't) 40-45k (may be impossible but can't hurt to ask) and she has cash in hand.

We're in Central East Florida.
