Although tps is supposed to throw code or something...seems logical.
I've had to do some twice to get it totally cleared up!!!I usually do them at about 30-40,000 miles!!

I've seen cars with under 20k have driveability issues caused by a restricted fuel filter.... Never saw that up north... So I started cutting them open & found the plugged up with sand!!!

I started telling people to keep the area around the Gas cap clean & grab a towel & wipe off the fuel pump nozzle before you put it in your tank!!

I can't say I've wiped the gas nozzle, but the area around the gas cap is always kept clean

Talking missing

another thing to try. get a spray bottle fill it with water adjust to a mist. start your car and while you are manually reving your motor spray the plyug wires , if they are bad you will see them arking. just something else to try if you have checked fuel delivery.

Default update

still have not replaced plugs or fuel filter..
today I did clean the maf and throttle body...wow the throttle body was filthy...i suppose the maf was too, but I didn't have any reference to go by.

Seems to be all fixed..

now the plugs and fuel filter will be next. Engines too hot to do it right now.

plugs, wires, fuel filter changed...now the only hesitation I have is when I hit 6500 and the rev limiter kicks in.. I suppose that's a good thing

Now time to think about a tune..
