carefull of mold problems that will likely be a resultant of flooding. try and contact a mold removal specialists for advice. if left unchecked mold can become fatal and quite costly to remove after it becomes problematic. some preventative measures can go a long way.

I had problems twice with the home we owned in California prior to moving out here. We did the same thing, called in a company that specialized in flood damage. It was a PIA but all it cost was our deductable and the rest was seemless. They filed all the insurance paperwork. It took about a week for everything, but once they left you wouldn't know there was a problem.

Hope it all turns out as well as our experience.

Mold will definately be a problem but unless there is some organic matter in there it shouldn't be a health problem.
Good luck on the dryout.

Bleach is the best killer of mold. I worked part time at Home Depot for awhile and people were always looking for that miracle mold killer. We always recommended bleach.
