rich,
You can't use those on your car. The label says they are for a Z16 so you are going to have to send them to me.

good luck with the install. i have been thinking of getting a set of drilled and slotted rotors for mine, but i probably won't do it until it is needed. mine are in good shape for now.

No, actually I qualify because I bought Z16 wheels for my car.....

Just for the record Brakemotive sent me a replacement set of rear rotors and included a prepaid return tag for the other set. These look great, so I can install them and put this behind me. The fronts won't be going on for a while yet, as I need to take that all apart, do a bunch of clean up, and I'm going to replace those front hubs as well.

oh that is right i forgot about those wheels how do they look on the car.

at that price i might just have to get a set of those pads a drilled and slotted rotors and put on the shelf for when i am ready to do them.

Haven't put them on the car yet. My car has been sitting on the lift ever since I drove it home from Aaron's shop. I'm thinking I may want to burn up the old tires first before putting the new ones on.

Yeah, the rotors look every bit as good as thoes Eradispeed rotors I put on the car a few years ago. And a LOT cheaper.

The guy at Brakemotive told me that even though the raw blanks for the rotors are made in China, the machining and zinc plating is done right here in the USA. Just a FYI.....

I've got three of the four rotors and pads from Brakemotive installed. Figured while I am running the engine to burn up the gasoline in the fuel tanks, I should check the rotors with a dial indicator so see if there is any notable wobble to them.

I guess this is OK. Some of the needle motion is being caused by the vibration of the running engine, as can be seen in the last segment showing the front rotor being turned by hand.

I think with something like this, unless there is a gross problem with them, I couldn't really do a realistic review until I've driven the car with them for a while to see how they hold up. Even when I get my car running, I've still got to break the pads and rotors in properly. Might not have been a real good idea doing this with my car still not roadworthy and a bunch of tuning yet needing to be done, I guess. But seemed like a good idea at the time.

I put a set of these on my CTS V last year. The original Brembo rotors were quite impressive but I was getting some vibration in the brake pedal. I had them turned but driving in the rain last summer brought the vibration back. It seems the thinner the rotor material gets the more prone to warpage when water hits a hot rotor.
Anyway, I'm pleased with the looks and performance. I probably have between 5 and 10K miles on them now. I'll try to remember to take some pics and post them the next time I clean the car up.

Yeah, mine seem to be holding up quite well, too. And seems to be almost no brake dust from those pads. I would get them again.
