What RPM does this occur at? Can you duplicate it at the same RPM in lower gears under power? I replaced the Fidanza clutch with a LS7 clutch in my Cadillac and immediately noticed a minor vibration at 2300 RPM. Strangely enough it went away in a thousand miles or so.

I need to try and pin down the actual rpm's that it happens in gears 3 and 4.

So I figured out that the vibration occurs around 2000/2100 rpms. It does happen in 1st through 4th if I get it to that level of rpms. The vibration mostly stops if I push past that rpm in the same gear.

So it sounds as it the actual speed of your vehicle has no relationship with the vibration then.

Can you reproduce the vibration sitting in your driveway just revving up the engine to 2000-2100 rpm?

seeing as it is a 94, you have the lt1 motor. when an optispark starts going bad, it will cause a vibration from 1500-2500 rpms.

here are some other reasons

The rpm is tied to the drivetrain. Doesn't do it in the garage.

Mrr23 thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
