Default 04 weird chime problem.

Anyone ever heard of this? It just started today and is driving me insane.

All of a sudden it sounds like the chime is constantly on but at a low volume yet it still high pitched, VERY high pitched.

I can’t hear it in traffic with the windows open but even with the windows open at a stop light I can hear it, weeeeeeeeeeee. It is driving me CRAZY!!!

ANY help would be most appreciated fellas.
