Today was a packing day for the trip to Florida tomorrow, But, we took breaks and had a great Christmas in spite of the packing. Hope everyone else here had a nice relaxing Christmas and enjoyed it. Hope to be in Florida by Saturday evening. Stopping to see the grandkids in North Carolina or else we would be in Florida on Friday. Hope the traffic isn't too bad, and that all of the other participants in the Annual Seniors Seeking Warmth Parade From November thru December, are capable of aiming their rides down the highway at 70 or 75MPH, AND NOT AT 50!

Drive safely. And watch out for the other guys. Never liked driving route 95 much. Too easy to become the victim of someone else's dumb mistake behind the wheel.

Got to Dunedin safely, but there sure are numerous assholes and idiots out there on 95. Pouring rain, I'm keeping up with traffic doing 40 MPH (and that's probably even a little too fast), and assholes (PLURAL) are passing me on the left and right, cutting in and out of traffic and creating havoc across all lanes! Congestion from Connecticut all the way to Dunedin with a few breaks where we could hit 75 here and there. Spent almost as much time OFF of 95 going around crashes as I did ON 95. Whereinthehell are all of the LEO'S when you need them? I could have filled my monthly quota in every state I drove thru............! Now for a couple of nice relaxing days to decompress!

I don't envy you that trip! I think it gets worse and worse every year. Or maybe my tolerance level for stupidity is just getting lower and lower every year.

But glad you made it here safe and sound, regardless.
