Up for sale is my 2006 Corvette Z06 black/black 6 speed manual. The car currently has 87k miles and is located in Tarpon Springs, FL. I am the second owner and purchase the vehicle with about 6k miles. I drive the vehicle daily (when I'm not driving my motorcycle) and it has never been involved in an accident. It has always been well maintained and cared for. It includes the 2LZ equipment package with navigation, heated seats and heads up display. It has been to the track once, and I ran 11.8 1/4 mile on an unprepped track, in the Florida heat on my first run. This car was never beat on and should easily last another 100k miles.
For most of the vehicle's life, I ran aftermarket shocks and intake. I removed these parts from the car and installed new OEM intake and shocks within the past few months. I also had replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, changed the transmission, differential and clutch fluids and replaced the wiper blades. The only required repairs/maintenance since I purchased the vehicle in 2006 was replacing a faulty crank cam sensor.
I am somewhat of a perfectionist and will attempt to point out any subtle issue with the car. Like all of these cars, the front plastic chin spoiler has some light rash from the occasional pulling too close to a parking lot stopper. The front bumper has a very small area where the paint chipped from flexing of this chin spoiler, which would be a cheap fix. Another common C6 issue, the bumper cover retainer clips need to be replaced. I have new clips in my possession and will likely install them before the car is sold. There is a small hole (about 1/8" diameter) on the left side of the driver seat side bolster. The car currently has Nitto Invo tires with about 50% tread life remaining with some light curbing on one of the front wheels.
