Talking Maybe a Dumb Question?

Gang:

I rarely ask a question here on the Forum, but maybe you all can help me.

I just got the 2003 Z06 and everyone says I should lower it.
Other than it may look "cool".....What is the purpose?

Confused:
Jim

..Hell, I've bottomed out with stock height and still do at times, although typically while coming out of parking lots.

Default ya

It looks good but Im with Yankee, I rub the bottom a lot and I am real careful when I pull oout or in lots and it still does it. But mine is a daily driver and sees a lot of road.
