Yeah......they ARE just a tad large. I remember seeing some freeware
resizing programs offered on the internet a few years ago, but I don't
remember the names. If you Google [ "picture resizer" +freeware ]
(cut and paste everything inside the [ ]'s ) you will come up with over
55,000 hits. I'm sure that you'll be able to find something that you can
download and use to cut down the file size.

Photobucket will allow you to resize the photos once you have uploaded them. It gives yu a few standard selections, (like forum image) and you just click on the size you want.
