It was hard to capture the defects on this car for some reason, the swirls were there but very fine on the soft black BMW paint.

I started with the hood since it needed the most attention, I also spot sanded the area where the bird dropping had etched into the clear. Time was limited so I couldnt get as many shots as I would have liked too.

Test section, looks good to me! :)

I then moved onto the sides,

Wow, and sure looks like you know what you are doing. This is the kind of work the guy I use in Jacksonville does. It's pricey, but worth every penny, paying not only for time but for EXPERTISE and KNOWLEDGE.

Nice work!

Very true!

BTW, did you see the thread from the guy looking for a detailer here in the Bay area?

You might want to look it up and give him a shout.

I apologize, but I forgot about your service.

Might want to consider a banner ad or something on the site to throw you in front of the members/newbie/lookers that come aboard:thumbsup:

Sorry to gravedig, sorry I have been off the forums for quite a while as I took on a full time job so I had to put detailing on the back burner. However I am going to be taking on jobs again this year. If you can, shoot me a PM with pricing on one of those banners!

Just out of curiosity. . .what would a job like that cost?

It really depends on the level of the detail, I have packages ranging from 325-700.

Amazing work on the BMW.

I was just checking out some of your old threads over the holidays. I was thinking of getting a PC orbital kit and starting on my Silverado.

Check out my other detailing thread on cleaning the engine compartment and let me know what you think.

My car is hurting for detailing. I wash the car all the time, but have only waxed it once in 10 years and that was about 5 years ago.

Its got towel wipe marks all over it.

Billy from Presidential use to do our detailing at S&R Performance. Amazing job. He moved out of town awhile ago and I haven't heard of him detailing anymore.

I was reading his FB page over the holidays and I though he took a FT job up in Ocala and then just a few weeks later it looks like he is back. I hope so because I have a Z16 with water spots all over it.

Yep, you are correct. I took some time off to get settled in my new job, but I am slowly starting to take on more jobs this year again. You know how to contact me if you need anything, thanks!
