I have a 1986 red vette with red leather interior and 4+3 transmission. It has around 120,000 miles on it. The paint on the car is decent but not perfect, the clear coat is slightly faded on the roof panel but it is not peeling anywhere on the car. I installed new emblems in the front and back and they really stand out. It has recently replaced leather seats that have no rips in them just one little wear mark on the driver's side seat. The carpet is bright red along with the door panels they look brand new. The car has a brand new clutch in it and also I resealed the overdrive unit so there are no trans leaks. It has flomaster exaust and sounds incredible. The car is REALLY fast!!! I don't know what all performance work had been done by the previous owner ( I have owned since 2005 and bought it from the dealer I work for so I never met the previous owner) but it does have a different throttle body on it and also I had the computer out of it and the chip is aftermarket as well. It also has decent tires on it (5/32nds is the lowest reading on any of the tires). It has the z51 suspension and the automatic climate controls. Things that need work are the a/c has a leak but was converted to 134a and the compressor does work just loses freon after about a month. The rear hatch doesn't open the solenoid is bad and needs to be replaced. The stereo is aftermarket from the 80's and needs to be replaced!!! It has a check engine light that comes on when its really cold out as soon as you start it (says intake air temperature fault code) but it doesn't come on when the car is warmed up. I have another two vettes for sale and need to sell at least one of them so I can buy an early C3!!!! Thanks for looking
