offer a very special Corvette: 1963 Red Convertible with the rare Fuel Injection option.

Present owner had the car since 1996, bought from a Classic car company in Missouri.&nbsp; It was complete and running with original
matching numbers engine.&nbsp;

<p>Actual owner
thoroughly verified the numbers on the block and cylinder heads&nbsp; and crosschecked them with the build date of
the car.&nbsp;&nbsp; There was no reason to suspect
anything and it is strongly believed that this is the engine that the car came
with.

<p>The engine
was immediately removed and replaced with a generic 327 Corvette engine in
order to preserve the original.&nbsp; Brakes
were restored and car was driven occasionally.

<p>In 2007 the
Fuel Injection unit was sent to a reputable FI shop run by Jack Podell <a href="http://www.jackpodellfuelinjections....ctions.com</a> where it sustained a complete restoration.&nbsp;
When the unit came back after more than a year, the actual owner decided
to do a complete frame-off restoration.&nbsp;

<p>Car was
stripped and was taken to GT Graphics and Customs in Bradenton, FL.&nbsp; They removed the body from the frame and was
sent to be media blasted with soda, then prepped for paint in the original
Riverside Red.&nbsp; As the body work was
going on, frame was completely stripped and coated in epoxy primer.&nbsp; Then, the &nbsp;frame and control arms was shot with GM
Restoration black.&nbsp; The control arms
maintain the original style ball joints (not the bolt on replacements).&nbsp;

<p>Engine was &nbsp;rebuilt by a local machine shop. According to the restorer, who did hundreds
of Chevrolet engines, it is without a doubt the original
stamping, not a restamp.&nbsp; Frame and drive
train restoration was finished, then car was taken back to GT Graphics to mount
the body to the frame.&nbsp; This was
completed around November of 2008.&nbsp; The bumpers (original GM) were sent out to Tampa, FL
for chroming and when they returned the assembly began.

<p>The car was
partially assembled (chrome, trim, etc…) and sent to Corvettes West for final
assembly.&nbsp; The car was wired, interior
installed and started at that shop.&nbsp; The
final assembly was completed by an NCRS judge so everything could be as close
to original as possible.&nbsp; No nut or bolt
was left untouched.&nbsp; Even the hub caps
were sent to California
to be professionally restored.&nbsp; The tires
are period correct.&nbsp; Even the white soft
top is dated to match the car.

<p>Finally, the
car was complete around June of 2009.&nbsp; It
was just too nice to drive on the street, so the owner decided to sell in order to be preserved in a private collection.

<p>Car is practically new, restored to higher standards and is a serious NCRS candidate.

<p>It comes with the correct hardtop too.&nbsp; Located in Florida we will assist with delivery nationwide and internationally.
