Breakfast Cruise

Hey Y’all! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Lots have happened here at Lake Adams over the last 3-4 months, but we are ready to hit the road again.

What do you think about a breakfast cruise on 12/2

We have a bunch of CA members who are also members of Tampa Bay Vettes and they have been after us to join TBV for a Mystery Breakfast Cruise. Their next one is 12/2

I am not sure whether or not Betsy will be able to go, but I plan on making the run.

We will need to hook up with TBV at the Hooter’s in Brandon at 0845.

There is a MacDonald’s on Ulmerton, across from the STP/Clearwater airport and just W of I-275. I will leave there at 0730 to make the TBV connection.

If you would like to join me, please let me know so I can look for you.

Here is the note from TBV.

[Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

We will be meeting behind Hooters off of 60. It is at the intersection of Adamo Dr. and Falkenburg. The address of Hooters is 10023 Adamo Drive, Brandon, Fl 33410, Just go into the Shopping Center and you will see the Vettes. You should be there no later than 8:45AM. We will have a drivers meeting, and you will be handed instructions to our mystery location! We leave at 9AM sharp. Glad you can join us, it will be lots of fun!

Here is my cell phone if you need it. (813)362-1817 or Mike (813) 300-2790.

Theresa ]

If you are S of the Skyway or E of Brandon, we will just meet you in Brandon.

Hope to see you on Sunday!

:cool3:Nice Touch Rob! Are you and Mary going?

Looks like we have +/- :vette: X 5 gathering at Mac's, but what the heck, I never know whose going 'till we roll out! :rofl1:

Mark your calandars for Jan 6th. I don't know where we're going so suggestions would be nice. :shrug01:

See y'all Sunday!

Oh Hey! We now have members in Australia! :dancer01: How Cool is that?! :yesnod:

Wasn't planning on going, but at the last minute all my Saturday plans got shuffled so I'm meeting Tim & Cheryl at Sam's Club at 70 & 301 at 7:30 AM
anyone else...

10/4 GB! Looks like we'll have 6 - 10. Maybe we van get TBV to buy breakfast for the group (outside TBV) who has the most members! :lmao::lmao:

We couldn't go that day but please keep us posted on future cruises after the holidays.:thumbsup:

There was talk this past Sunday of doing a breakfast cruise down south sometime around the first part of Jan.

I would like to see a cruise down south, us Tampa area guys can meet at hooters, then head on down south.

Sounds good to me. I really enjoy this type of cruise. Tom mentioned the possibility of something Jan 6.

I would like a smaller group and a faster paced cruise. Maybe even have two cruises a month, a slower paced cruise and a faster paced cruise.

Sunday was an INCREDIBLE CRUISE! 47 +/- cars!:dancer01: How cool is that!

Corvettes Anonymous is working on something around 1/6 or after NCRS, or both, if The Doctor can get his S :NoNo:together. Will keep you posted.

Tell you what though....those TBV folks really know how to pull one of these off. First Class All Around!

Thanks TBV! ♠

Thanks

Thanks Tom for the Compliments on our Breakfast Cruise.

We try very hard every month to do several events and the Cruise is always on the top of our list. For all of you who have never done a Cruise...You are really missing the Corvette Experiece. Get in the middle of this group and look ahead at 20 Corvettes and then in your rear mirror and see 20 more behind you is a real "Rush".

:welcome:Come join us next month...everyone is welcome!!!!:welcome:

Next Event: JANUARY 27TH

Great Pics Tim!

It's an incredible event when people from different clubs and organizations can get together to enjoy the fellowship of a shared passion. :dancer01:

Thanks again TBV!

Tom,
I echo your comment.
Having fun is what this is all about.
Sharing our love for these cars, making new friends, and building camaraderie with our fellow enthusiasts is what makes this an enjoyable pastime.
If you're not having fun, it's not worth doing it.
That being said, my hat's off to TBV for their open invitation! :wavey:
I wish I lived close enough to attend the activities there! :yesnod:

Regards,
Pedro

Jim,
It certainly sounds tempting!
Lemme ponder it.
I'm not opposed to taking long rides in my C5!

Thanks again..:yesnod:
