Puzzling thing abound your screen name...... I always knew that 143 was short for I LOVE YOU, is 142 sort for I LOVE IT, with IT being the vette? Man you do need to be on the couch.

Thank you doctor, thank you.....
OK first the 142 CAN be for "I love it", that fits very nicely but actually comes from an ID number that I carried for years (and it's only three numbers, I can remember that) ya know whay I mean Ray (?!?)
Anyway, thanks and I'm sure the couch will get lots of work from this group.
Doctor, doctor is it time for my meds? Ok I'm going to the garage to check on Goldie. Problem ? who's got a problem? ........Doctor........doctor.....

Rest Easy Kap142. Your Meds Have Been Ordered! For now though, The Doctor recommends that you borrow from Member 111.

I'm You're X-military? Cuz, That's the only thing that's coming to mind (I tend to draw a blank when i'm on the spot ).
Me...V-2 Division USS Carl Vinson CVN-70 and 249th MSB (63 bravo) Fort Hood TX. These are some of the #'s I've carried for years, and will always remember .

well kinda close Ray......
It's from the "street wars" of everyday. It's a depatment ID that was mine as I responded to calls with my pup for years. It's law enforcement. Probably helped make me the (obviously) well adjusted individual I am today.

That was my next guess! We used "K" followed by a few #'s for our designation (small town).
