Do Overs...

ynkedad

Wassup!!!
Not that i'm complaining, but if I had a chance to Do it Over, I believe i'd have bought a 6sp. I had forgotten how fun it is driving a stick!:peelout 1:
until I drove Angel's 6sp. Now, I have a NEED! Should have never driven her car!:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I'm Loving the Vette I have, and consider myself damn LUCKY to have one, But........:D

The only do-over I might have done is when I upgraded to the 17" Z06 wheels that maybe I should have photoshoped a few of the chrome wheels that are available. Not that I'm unhappy with the black Z06's because I get loads of compliments on them, but just maybe should have looked around a little bit more.

Just put on some muffler eliminators about 2 weeks ago and I'm really pleased with them...just the right sound I was looking for.

Maybe not a Do Over, but a Do Sooner.....
I sold my Harley-Davidson and ended up buying a Corvette, something that I never in a million years thought I could own. Always had that stigma that you had to have real deep pockets to own one.
I have only had the car 3 months and it is the most fun we have had in years. Not just the ride, but the friends we have made along the ride.
definitely a Do Sooner......:yesnod:

When I ordered the '07 last Aug., I got the factory chrome wheels...should have ordered the cheapies and bought the Cray aftermarket. I love the factories (easier to clean) but love the Cray (Scorpian) more.

Also, would definitely order a BLACK convertible top...far less maintenance issues than the cashmere. Oh hell, its still great to be able to complain about these things!:crazy03:

I shoulda got a louder exhaust and a 6 speed..... the exhaust I can fix but not the tranny :shrug01:

with all the money I spent on modding my C6/A6 (more to come), I should've bought a Z06 and get it over with (probably not, would end up modding that one too):dancer01:

Sooner and fewer brake problems

I have dreamed of a Vette since I was a wee twit. Wish I had done it sooner and wish the damn brake problems would cease.... but they will. Awesome car and cool folks, thanks for allowing me to come play.

Ken:thumbsup:

Ask my wife i am the king of do overs:dancer01: .my 9t8 has 4 different sets of wheels and tires,3 different exhaust systems, 3 air bridges ,:banghead: 3 sets of fuel rail covers ,3 different tail lites styles :banghead: and some others things i don't need to tell :banghead: :banghead: :hehehe:

Hey brother....

It's just the artist in you seeking perfection. Press on. They love us anyway I have no idea why

Jeeeesh, that sounds like all my H-D stuff. Now I am starting my collection of Vette stuff. I need a bigger garage.

It's funny you should say that Ray. Having driven my Z for the last 4 years in city stop-n-go traffic, I'd rather have an auto. There are times I definitely like the 6 speed, but not necessarily as a daily driver.:nonod:

Sometimes I wondered if I should have gone for the 6sp rather than the auto. Then I saw all the problems with the column lock and I'm glad I didn't get stranded.

At times I do wish I had the clutch and gears to run through. But rather than a do over wouldn't it be nice to have one of each :D

Oh Yea!

I'll still drop it down a gear or two with my Automatic, when I wanna hear the exhaust rumble:D
