• Modifications to this Corvette include AP Racing Pro 5000 R front brake kit with Raybestos ST47 pads, a lightweight aluminum flywheel, a Nine Lives Racing rear wing, yellow headlight lenses, custom exterior graphics, and an MGW short throw shifter.
• Chevrolet launched the seventh-generation Corvette (colloquially called "C7") for the 2014 model year. Offered as a coupe and as a convertible, it offered a more user-friendly interior, a sharper-looking exterior design, and, significantly, the then-new "LT1" small-block V8. The Z06 model arrived for 2015 with a supercharged V8, carbon fiber body panels to keep weight in check, wider rear fenders, and several chassis upgrades. It was also the first Z06 available with an automatic transmission, but this model retains the traditional stick shift.
• Power comes from an "LT4" 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, rated at 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed manual transmission
