Default 1979 L-82 5-speed

I just bought this car a couple months ago and have worked out several issues (with a lot of forum help) since purchase. I have since decided that that I don't really need this car and the wife wants a BMW Z4 so I thought I'd sell it to help with a down payment. I'm not desperate to sell. The odometer reads 27,526 but I believe it to be 127,526. According to the previous owner the motor was rebuilt about 3k miles ago but he did not provide me with any engine receipts after the sale as promised. He touted a big Nascar engineer as the builder, Bill Tower. Here's what he said about motor: "The engine was built by Bill Tower and Wes Dobbins(RIP), locals. Everything in it is new, prob has 2500-3000 miles on it. The original open chamber heads were replaced with smaller chambered heads for better compression." He also said it has a "Reed cam, 1.5 roller rocker arms, Edlebrock intake, carb and Aluminum valve covers". I don't doubt the engine rebuild but like I said can't verify what's in it since I'm not a mechanic. Engine does feel strong. Also has a new VB&P rear suspension, Keisler TKO-600 5 speed, Lakewood bell housing and hurst shifter. The interior upholstery was redone about the same time as engine work a couple years ago and I have since replaced the interior carpet. Changed it to black from the original Oyster color. The only interior issue is a small 1.5" x 3" piece of top dash torn where it meets the windshield on far left driver's side and could easily be hidden with a dash cover and isn't that noticeable. Replaced all weather stripping except for short piece behind passenger window as it looks good but I do have the new piece. Power windows work and are tight going up the last inch when doors are closed and believe it's related to new weatherstripping since they do go up all the way with doors open. The vacuum system works pretty well now, lights go up/down as they should. A/C is cold but last time out I noticed the compressor got pretty hot. No heater hoses in car and I'm guessing it was removed during the rebuild. This is a Florida car and there is no rust to speak of that I'm aware of. Wheels are American Torque Thrust II 17" with BF Goodrich tires with about 70% tread remaining. Ecklers 2" offset trailing arms. It has an Astro top as well as the original T tops which are in great shape and a car cover. Has an after maket AM/FM/Mp3 radio. Car was repainted original red a few tears ago and I would rate it a good 9 out of 10. The flag on the right front does cover a 1" chip.
I have $13,000 in the car and would take no less than $12,000.
Here are photos and I can take more if needed. Car is located in Homosassa, Fl. about an hour north of Tampa.
