Yeah, that's pretty much been the realistic forecast around here since May:
Extended drought conditions with widely scattered flash flooding.
Of course, while Connie and I were down in Sanibel for June, they also threw "hurricane force winds" into the mix too. We had a tree downed REAL close to the house, and a couple more back in the woods.
