Well, after first saying that it would not be covered, and I aasked isn't this a factory recall?, they agreed to replace the relay for free. (198.00)
The guys were friendly, there was not any damage to the car, although they did a water test for leaks on my top and left water spots on the trunk
Also, greasy finger prints on the dash. Nothing serious, just annoying.
The car was ready when promised, the service advisor was good about informing me of the progress.
For a dealer, All in all, a pretty good showing.
