Dave Ray HEI

Anyone have experience with a points to HEI conversion by Dave Ray Conversions, on a C2 ? I have a ZZ385 in my '65 convt with the factory HEI dist. I want to use my old points dist primarily for the tach drive as well as to maintain some sence of originality. Dave will convert the points dist to HEI for what seems a resonable price but, being the coward I am I'd like to know of someone sucessfully using his conversion. Thanks for your help. Phil

I have never used his produts, but I generally use a drop in a points conversion called Pertronix. This is inexpensive and very quick to do.
