Default Top Replacement

I have a 2008 vert with a cashmere interior and top. My question is 2 fold:
1. The top needs replacement. I like the color and material of the OEM but I'm open to an aftermarket if it is "better". Mind you...the condition of my top is a self inflicted wound. Used a brush which tore down the fabric.
Can anyone recommend either where an OEM top can be bought at a discount.
Is there a shop in South Florida that can do the work whether they get the top or I bring it to them?

Secondly, the seats in the 2012 were upgraded with better foam and additional bolstering. Are there vendors who offer an upgrade kit for C6 through 2011?

Last, I've seen photos of a crystal red like mine where the seating surface was cashmere and the bolster was black. The top was black. Has anyone seen this combo in person and how does it look? Thanks
