2011 Chevrolet Corvette
A new wheel design and larger cross-drilled brake rotors are available on the Corvette’s base and Grand Sport models. Magnetic Ride Control becomes available on Grand Sport. The automatic now allows paddle use to override the gear selection in “Drive.” New options are contrasting-color headlamps and interior custom color stitching. A USB port and input jack are included with the navigation radio.The Chevrolet Corvette has been around for many years and this classic hot rod is still bringing some of the most exciting body styles and huge performance packages to consumers. The past few generations of Corvettes have been shrinking the length of the frame and the newest Corvettes are about as long as a Porche 911, which is a big change compared to the older Corvette models. Small and fast, that is the name of the game and the V-8 engine in this vehicle provides an amazing amount of power that simply must be felt to be understood.
The Corvette sporting the LS3 brings a lot of power to the table, but for real performance junkies there is no other option that upgrading to the ZR1 engine that boasts an earth shaking 638 horsepower that will be sure to impress any driver and passenger as well. The ZR1 model also offers performance suspension and a wider stance to help with handling under extreme conditions. Everything that you love about older Corvettes is still here in the newer models, just a small change in the frame size and some slight interior design changes.
