Default Aftermarket brakes are pricey

Looking to upgrade my brakes and see prices are crazy. The stock brakes on my 2008 C6 seem sucky at best.

GM Performance Division saw fit to equip my CTS V with Brembos. I have replaced the 14 inch rotors and pads a couple of times (with slotted and drilled) but they do an excellent job hauling this 3850 pound beast down!

I bought a set a while back and they are still doing just fine. Pretty much no brake dust to mention and not a bit of problems out of them after all this time.

When it comes time to buy a new set (may not be in my lifetime, however) I would definitely go this route again. Presuming that the quality is the same, of course.

I was looking at the Wild wood sets. I think my pads are weak. I would guess they are the same one's that were on the car when it was built.
