U.S. courts 'ill-equipped' for a GM bankruptcy
The U.S. bankruptcy system is "ill-equipped" to handle bankruptcies of large corporations such as Delphi Corp., let alone an automaker restructuring, Delphi CEO Steve Miller said today. Bankruptcy is "a very lengthy process," Miller said.
