Default FS (For Sale) 08 Z06 Beast

I am reluctant to sale my 2008 Z06. I contracted Covid last August and woke up in ICU in the beginning of October. I went from a fitness freak at 202 lbs to 138 lbs in that time... too weak to even push the silky smooth clutch. The car has been ALWAYS garaged since I owned it. I did suffer a valve drop but luckily my friend at Colorado speed called me here in Florida and told me of a Scoggin Dickeys build that a customer backed out of and I could pick it up at an awesome rate... yeah right! So I had my car and the engine shipped to Leo's Corvettes in Pensacola Fl which upon the engines arrival Leo called and said, Dude, You wont believe these pistons! Which I replied, with a big smile, Yes I would Leo, I used to build Pontiacs with the help of a certain old school drag racer from the 70's and up... OK, Jim Butler himself! his boys are bad *** builders in any forum... I miss Jim.
Anyways, I have built tunes for several years now but have slacked off since moving to Southwest Florida full time and getting my Captain license. I met Leo I Pensacola with the tune in my laptop and loaded it it before they started it and after break in and final adjustments, Leo told me not to change a thing! Ha! after I pulled the heads and installed a set of Trick Flow 260's with Yella Terra fully adjustable rockers with Johnston slow bleed lifters... I had to adjust the tune just for the the lifters giving the whole cam profile throughout the rpm range. I can download the tune to the buyer if they think adjustments are needed but IMPO, Its close to perfect! Anyways, this engine has about 6000 miles and has beat a Maserati and a f150 ferrari for 2500 for 2 quick runs... fun stuff! The car has Royal Purple Full Synthetic since day one. If you prefer something else, it will accept it and perform as designed with anything, even Mobile one! (okay, I just lost a lot of fans lol)
