Big green egg

Got a small egg and will try to smoke with it today for the first time. Never smoked before.

I have to admit that I didn't have the faintest idea of what you are talking about, so I had to look it up. Honestly, I thought is was some sort of druggie paraphernalia or something.

There is a cult following of big green egg users. Thing is heavy as sin. Got a pork shoulder i am trying today.

I still use my old side grill smoker (actually it's been in storage at the family homestead for the past three years) but I have friends who love the Green Egg. Those things are expensive though.
