72 corvette

im most likely picking up a 72 corvette for my girlfriend and i to play with on the weekends. what are some weak points or common problems with these vehicles

They can be VERY hot in the floorboard/footwells. Get some of that under carpet foil backed insulation to cut down on the heat, and invest in new high quality a/c parts to off set the rest of the heat.

Other than that the '72, '71, '70 years are some of my favorite! '72 was the last year of the chrome bumpers front and rear, and the rear window still pops out on the coupe.

yeah, i figured the a/c would be the first thing. mechanically it runs great. paints a little faded. a soon as i get some pix ill post them.
