Use Mothers "Mag & Aluminum Polish" it works awesome! Trust me on this one.:thumbsup:

I agree. I used Mothers on the SS tips on my Lightning and they polished so bright I needed shades. :thumbsup:

I also use it on the stock tips on the C6 and it keeps them shined up. I follow it up with some Rejex to help keep stuff from "sticking" between polished. I just use some QD to wipe off.

No. If you use the SOS pads that have soap built in them. I have used them for years to clean up old chrome from wheels to bumpers and exhaust tips. I use them on my vette wheels now if they get mucky before her next bath. I guess I should say I don't use them as a shiner, only to get the real tuff grime and grit off.
