You don't have to "see around it". It's off to your right, so the view ahead is wide open. It's only when you are stoped at an intersection and want to make a right turn do you have to move around so you can see if anything is in your way before you pull back off. When you are moving, you just look ahead to that spot before you get to it. You learn to live with it. It's no different than the A pillar on a car, except it's a 'bit' larger.
I don't know yet how many tires. Probably just two, but hey, that's better than none! Glenn
