The problem is not the product so much as is the color of you car , my car is black also and when I wax it just sitting in the garage collect dust also, and dont forget fiberglass has a lot of static also and dust likes static .I use p21s for your info.Also check with the Adams fellow (Sponsor of the Site)he may suggest something and just keep trying until you find something that works. A well detail car wont need touch up is you go to all the step minimun of 3 every 6 months ,What I do is rubbing compound to remove any swirl marks then I glaze and last step is waxing and I wax every 2 months . I get a lots of conpliments on Lady N . when I go to the shows I clean up with good old H2O and a good microfiber rag . Also check with the backyard mechanic here. By the way Lady N was painted by us in our Home . Good Luck
