Looking to sell my 3/4 acre lot in Franklin North Carolina. Paying taxes on value of 16K.
Lot is in the Smokey on Cowee Mtn. located on Rt 28 along the Little Tenn River.
Will sell outright for 12.5K or trade for a 73-77 vette or another car, jeep, truck.
