I have a close friend who has been providing me info on the recent shootings in S. Fla. He's close with the "powers that be" and the tactical units. Unfortunately, several of these incidents could have been prevented or at least minimized by the implementation of better tactics |
If you have a chance to look at the FBI Uniform Crime Report kept since about 86 (or so) you'll find that the largest number of officers killed as ALWAYS been in the south.
