Cold temps tonight (01-02-2012)....

Brrrr.. It's just barely 8 pm and the temp outside has fallen to 34 degrees already. Low is forecast to be 21 or 18 here in north Florida, depending on where I check.

And here I was hoping that Winter would skip over us this year....

Got the plants covered and the pipes dripping...

Weatherunderground says it's 18 degrees right now up here. Forecast says
(and ya gotta love this...) "Cooler with lows around 8 above". THAT ain't cooler in
my book, THAT'S DOWNRIGHT COLD! Come on March when I can get back to Florida.

The pool's "freeze protect" was on since early last evening. Not a fan of the cold.

Hit 20 degrees on my front porch overnight. Still just 38 degrees at 11:15am. Had some nice ice sculptures around the dripping faucets.
