Noobe
I just bought a 2013, 60th anniversary, 427 vert. I traded in my 08 GT500 Mustang vert. The Stang was highly modded. On a dyno it put down 700RWHP and was a beast, with full race suspension. I got carried away with the mods and it was not fun to drive. I'm an old goat retired 12 years now. I had 2 other Vette's, a 68 vert. and a 73 vert., all were/are white. The 13 Vette is a dream car. When the Boss gave the nod for the Vette, I could not move fast enough. Now if I could just learn how to set everything up. It keeps beeping or blowing the horn. I'll get it, I have a computer repair business. lol.
My dd is a Ford F150, Roush Nitemare, #9 0f only 100 built.

Welcome to the site!
How about some pics of that new ride of yours?
Yeah, I'm hoping I haven't modded my C5Z to the point to where it isn't going to be fun to drive. So far, not, but it is louder than I am real comfortable with. So I find myself "sneaking" through the gears to keep the RPMs down to keep the noise level down.

Hey Rich, great site. I thought I put one pic in my signature, hmmmm. Still in a learning curve. I will post some more pics as soon as I figure how. The Mustang forum I never got it down on how to put up pics. I have a photo bucket account and a photo sizer program. Just have to get to a nice area and take some shots. The Stang was loud and you felt every grain of sand in the road. Cornered like a slot car and hooked up like it had slicks on, but over done. It would have been great for a track car, but as a cruiser, not so good.

Welcome from Wesley Chapel. Congrats on the new purchase. I love my C5Z and did not think of getting a C6 until that 427 convertable came out. Now it is on my wish list right behind a '66 or '67.

Hey Bill, ![Welcome](images/smilies/welcome.gif) To Corvette Florida! Sounds to me like you're gonna have some fun,
and there are people here that can (and WILL) help you thru the sticky spots!
I've learned a bunch from the people on this forum, and everyone that I've had
the privilege to meet has been extremely nice! Enjoy the Vette, enjoy the forum
and the people on it, and don't forget....... ![Pics](images/smilies/pics.gif) ! We ALL like to see pictures of
members rides. Heck, put up some pictures of the (dare I say it) Ford so we can
see what that piece of ahhhhh......hardware looks like ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
