If anyone knows of Auto Trend on 500 N Federal Highway in Hallandale, Fl http://www.autotrendfinecars.com/ It's for sale for $7.5 mil or only $3.9 for the building with a lease back. Looks like people are holding up on some high end cars for now. Maybe he needs some cash. Anyway, good deal for some of you with a career change in mind __________________
