Default I Hate Dealerships!

Hello everyone,Why do dealerships treat us like cramp?Like we have nothing else to do.I made a appointment Yesterday to bring in Vette for my door lock not working,They told me to bring it in a t 7:30am today,They did not call me until 3:00pm and then told me they had not even looked at my car,They had to give me a rentel, for tommorrow,What sucks is today was my only day off,So I got nothing done,I had no problems with this Chevy dealership before but this will be the last time I go there again,I might get better service at the Ford dealership.Sorry about venting,Just makes me Mad.

The reason they treat us the way they do:

1. Because we are not willing to organize a full blown boycott against against the dealership is wronging you. Buy your new cars and service elsewhere even if you have to drive a couple of extra miles.

2. Most people do not vocalize their displeasure because they worried that they will not be politically correct.

3. Write the dealership management and express yourself.

My baby is still in the dealership,2 days now, they called today, late in the afternoon,of course, the say they have to order a new driver side hub bearing to fix my ABS/Traction Control. Those light came on earlier this week, they said they fixed my door,so it will unlock,we will see,If I get her back this week, they said I would get her back on friday.Seems odd that a bearing would go out that soon, only have 17k on her?

Default I guess...

you have to be a Vette owner to understand or appreciate what a Vette owner goes thru, when their Vette isn't home in Their Garage!

When you get the evaluation to fill out in the mail make sure you tell them like it was. It doesn't go to the dealership but the results of the questionnaire do eventually.
Good luck and hope you get her home soon and all fixed. I feel your pain.
