Default SLP Spoiler

Am impatiently awaiting the arrival of FedEx with my new (pre painted) SLP spoiler.

Have already taken a few before pics and will get some post installation ones done asap.

I was so impressed with this spoiler on a couple of C5's at the BACC Courtside Grill show I had to order one.

More to follow.

Looks great! Wish they made one like that for the C4!

Yeah, looks pretty sharp!

How does the spoiler attach to the car body?

Very cool. The color match looks right on as well.

It attaches with a 3M double faced tape. No drilling, no holes.

Spoke to a gentlemen at the Courtside Grill show and I asked the same question. He advised that post installation he drove at a speed of over 150MPH with no attachment problems at all. Others I have talked to have also proudly said zero attachment problems at all with the tape. Added to the previous statements are that these spoilers maintain a flawless attachment to the vehicle with just the tape.

Several posts on another site also show an amazing satisfaction with the tape mounting even over a prolonged period of time.

Mine mounted very solidly and seems to hold very, very well (at least so far). I'm kinda a bit early into this to give a long term statement.

Tape was all that held this one on. You don't want to take it off... took 2 people 3 hours

You don't want to take it off, When I got rid of the Vette I sold the spoiler seperate. I took it to a shop and it took 2 people 3 hours
