IF its' a standard white top, it can be repaired and repainted as long as the frame is ok.

Check with Andreh at Insty Lube on Dale Mabry. He's got a lot of connections for stuff like that. Mike at The Corvette Shop might also be able to help you out here in Tampa.

Check Davies in New Port Richey (Port Richey-I can't remember which is which!). You might get a better price.

common Eric, you were an f-body owner, you should have known better:-p

Yeah ask Andreh at insty tune
14783 N. Dale Mabry. 813-960-3908
he owns that sick blue blower C6 vert.

if not come over and we can duct tape it, I think duct tape comes in white now!

Me either...I was hoping for pics...lol. But seriously, sorry to hear about your top. C&S corvettes in Sarasota has a large selection of used stuff, try them.

correction, i AM an f-body owner. shes to sexy, cant sell her. shell be getting a nice rub-down and car cover for the time being. maybe ill get a chance to look into the electrical problem today.
no one was injured, luckily it happened in the parking lot and not on the road. id be pulling her top out of someones front windshield/face. thanks for the info. i called corvette shop & supply and they said they may be able to repair/repaint it. if not there $700.00. white duct tape maybe a viable option. (just kidding) thanks for the info. ill call around. i found some for cheap on ebay. (im an ebay virgin) ill keep everyone posted. and if anyone needs any targa top hardware im your guy. have a good rest of easter. im about to do a brake job & various repairs to roomates car. probably a little crying about mine too. cheers.

Man, that's scarry. It cleared the rear of your car when it flew off? I take it no one was behind you. Good luck with the fix.

Man,,,,,,,,That REALLY sux big time! I'd have to have the drivers seat re-upholstered if that happened to me! I would be in the market for a Vert immediately after that happened to me! Good luck getting it fixed, and I like the idea of the dark transparent top too!

the thought crossed my mind. but i like having the solid top. the interior is MUCH cooler then with the glass t-tops. also with the black leather seats, it would be brutal. there a little costly too. i had planned on putting in heads up display and some used chrome C6 rims like the first ladies. instead i will be fixing my top. oh well, next month
