C3 questions and opinions
Just purchased a 1978 4 speed and hope it was a good decision. There are pretty wide gaps between the front top of the doors and the front panels. Is this common? Gaps at rear of doors are very close. It appears that moving the doors forward would help. What about replacing forward body mounts?
A check of Tire Rack only gives one choice of tire for the 255/60x15 wheels (BF Goodrich). Is this going to be a problem? Know of any others? What about a set of 17" rims with 255/45 tires? (with spacers).
Any other thoughts? Thanks.
