Default heavy rains
Went 6 weeks with about no rain and then POOF! Had 4" Friday, 5.40" Sat, .55" Sunday and so far 1.65" today.

Yeah, that's pretty much been the realistic forecast around here since May:

Extended drought conditions with widely scattered flash flooding.

Of course, while Connie and I were down in Sanibel for June, they also threw "hurricane force winds" into the mix too. We had a tree downed REAL close to the house, and a couple more back in the woods.
