Hey Guys,
Just got back from the NCRS show on Sunday. We all had a great time.
I met alot of nice people there. We sold alot of products, bought alot of Corvette parts and made alot of friends. We also gave out alot of free samples of our Grape Gloss spray wax and many other products. I hope some of you got the chance to try them out. There was also alot of nice vettes there and the weather was great.BTW. Ray, I missed you at the show.
I am in the process of restoring a Black 86 Vette. (My wife calls it Frankenstein) I was able to get alot of parts for it at the show. It needs paint and interior work, but it has a new built up motor. I love taking a Corvette that was neglected and abused and making it like new again. Just watch the transformation boys. I will post some pictures of it elsewhere on the forum.
I have read that many forum members use a clay bar regularly on thier vettes. It is not neccessary to do this all the time if you keep your clearcoat clean and waxed. Keeping the vehicle waxed keeps contaminates from attaching itself to the clearcoat. You want to build up many coats of wax on your car to create a strong durable shield against contaminates and the harsh UV rays of the sun. We will be coming out with a few new detailing products for 2007, so stay tuned. Take care all.
