John,
It's not Z-51, but rather F55 Magnetic Selective Ride, which also comes with the larger drilled rotors.
You're right, this thing does make you want to cruise. I haven't had a chance to hit it hard, but I can tell you that the handling is superb. I'm pretty sure the "touring" suspension is softer than standard, yet it's plenty firm for easy driving. The "sport" suspension firms up considerably and you can really feel it taking a tight corner. Yet the dampening is so awesome, the car never feels hard.
