All of my other programs load normally and quickly. All other functions he checked and seem to work well. He theorized that the server may be smaller, or over loaded when the problems arise by having too many people functioning on it.
I don't really know but if I can't communicate with the forum and message my friends the forum serves limited function for me.

I'm not really sure what I am suppose to look for....
If it seems to be working OK for me, and for most other people here as well, I really don't have much to go on. This is a rather fast server and not overloaded at all. Matter of fact, pretty lightly loaded at that... But obviously I have to share this server with other sites I run, since I certainly cannot dedicate an entire server just for this one message board.
My first guess would be an ISP problem. I get that sort of thing from Comcast all of the time. Matter of fact, lately I have been getting outright cable outages intermittently.
