I am with Mark on this, it is really hard to see what you are talking about. Do you mean the area inside where the LUGS screw into? I don't think you will find that area polished on almost any wheel. It is almost always hidden behind the Center Cap. These are not like the old A/R Mags of 30 years ago.

If it don't show, don't polish it, just keep it clean. That's their motto.

Rick, now I think i see what you are talking about, ...the inside of the one wheel is finished and the other is not, I would be upset too if they are supposed to be finished all around.

Unfortunately the wheel distributors could care less if you look good at a show or not. After all, you are not Chip Foose so why should they care.

Maybe it's because I've seen the wheel in front of me , but there are 2 things the are obviously different.
One: The top picture is shows what 3 of the wheels looks like. The entire wheel surface is polished and chromed. The second wheel is not even polished in the center area and the cap does not cover the entire area.
Two: This is hard to explain since I don't know the technical terminology, but the the offsets are about an inch different. The depth of the area were the lugs go is deeper by an inch on the unchromed one. In my opinion, one tire would stick out from the hub an inch farther then the other.
As for the company making it right, like I said, their response was " we'll get back with you"
