If you are not already aware of it, CITGO is owned by Venezuela and their President Chavez has made it no secret that he is using the oil profits to do anything he can do harm the United States.
I had to forward this, because Chavez is starting to feel the loss of revenue from his holdings. This is a very important move that everyone should be aware.
